The channel owner must have tallied 4,000 hours of overall watch time on their channel within the past 12 months and have at least 1,000 subscribers. It was the past rules of youtube after the new update in youtube monization is to hard hard now.
Reason for disabling monitization in youtube:
If any user use copyright video (use others videos which is 9s +) he get a copyright strike from youtube and after its date is over he will not get monitization. If anyone get Copyright strike in this time he had better to delate this videos. Beacause it is the chance to get monitization.
New rules: (updated)
Those owner who are never get monitization :
1.Create video fully with "tiktok" contant.
2.slideshow videos.
3.Use other video sound without creadits.
If any channel owner avoid these and still work hard with youtube he will get monitization.
